Shipping and Charges

CHARGES:

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above INR 1000.
  • For orders that are equal to or below INR 1000, shipping charges of INR 200 for cash on delivery and INR 100 for Prepaid.
  • For orders that are above INR 1000, free delivery is available for all residents of India.
  • Product batch IDs may vary depending on availability, but products are 100% original.

The estimated shipping times are denoted, and on some occasions, there may be unpreventable delays. In such cases, you will get updates on your delivery tracking status page.

Note: For the main objective of offering the services and for other uses identified in this policy, SKIN GRID will be needed to gather and host specific data and information about the users. SKIN GRID will be dedicated to protecting the personal information of users and will take all fair precautions to maintain their privacy.

Cancellations and refunds

Damages: Suppose a client gets a damaged product; they should make an unboxing video as proof and hold on to all packaging materials and damaged goods before acknowledging the claim. It is necessary to consider that the customer should submit the complaint within 24–48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that SKIN GRID is not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged during delivery. Authenticity: At Skin GRID, we take every preventive measure to make sure that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Furthermore, our products are properly labelled with batch numbers, expiration dates, and a thorough report. This allows us to trace the source and quality of every product and make sure that our clients get only the finest products.

Cancellation before shipment: Suppose the items or the order that you decided to cancel has not been delivered yet; you can write to us at skingrid@gmail.com or call us at +91 7904216623 (10 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri).

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the amount will be refunded to you within 1 or 2 working days after the cancellation request has been processed by us. Currently, we do not allow the cancellation of orders. We cannot cancel an order once a shipment has been dispatched from a hub, or the tracking number has been updated.

Post-Shipment Cancellation: Cancellations cannot be made after a shipment has been dispatched. Because we use third-party courier partners, in such cases, any concerns regarding delivery will be communicated to the courier partner, and it is not possible from our side as we are a third-party courier partner, which does not let us cancel the order.

Cancellation due to returned shipment: If your shipment is returned to us due to any rejection from our customer or the courier, the cancellation will be automatic, and you will receive the refund automatically.

Note: If you have cancelled an order that has already been handed over to our delivery partner, we cannot guarantee the cancellation, and they may attempt the delivery. If so, please do not agree to the shipping of the order.

Return and exchange policy

We offer an easy return policy to all our customers. Returns will only be initiated if faulty or damaged products are received. In such cases, you may raise a request to return the product(s) within three business days of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns on an order, where you can raise a return request for one or all of the products in your order.

In the case of an exchange request, it is subject to stock availability, and INR 150 will be charged for the re-shipment of the exchanged products. If the product is not eligible for exchange, you will receive the total order amount after deducting INR 300 from it.

  • Items must be repackaged in their original packaging.
  • Returned items should be free of any signs of wear and tear.
  • There must be no damage to the security seal or the outer carton, and the tags must be intact.
  • If the bottle cap is open, the return request will not be accepted, and you may choose to have any other product resupplied to you. A nominal fee will be charged in such circumstances.
  • If the product received has an expiration date of 6 months from the date of delivery and the product received is defective, damaged, or broken, it will not be exchanged.

Return or Exchange Process

  • Please contact us at skingrid@gmail.com or call +917904216623 (10 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri) to issue a return request within five days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide us with your order ID and email videos and pictures of the product(s) with their batch numbers if you want to return your product(s).
  • You will be asked to provide us with an unboxing video of the products you have duly received.
  • We will schedule return pickup within 3–4 business days. We will only issue refunds if the products received by us are in their actual packaging with their seals, labels, bottle caps, and barcodes.
  • Kindly note that the damaged product will be sent to the seller for investigation. This will ensure we can find out if there are any issues with the packaging or product that may have contributed to the damage.

Video Consultation Policy

Doctor Selection: We understand the necessity of choosing the right healthcare professional for your needs. If you need a video consultation before placing the order, you have to pay a fee of Rs. 350 for the consultation. However, if you have placed the order, you can avail yourself of a free consultation regarding the products and your concerns. Please read our general FAQs on this.

Please note that scheduling a physician for your consultation is determined by availability and your work schedule. You will be queued for the consultation, and you will be attended to when the doctor is available. We thank you for your patience in such situations.

Additional Information

  • Expect receipt of your transfer within 5-7 days.
  • A shipping and pickup fee of INR 150 will be charged at the exchange time.
  • INR 300 will be deducted from the total refund if original or undamaged products are returned.
  • Damaged or lost returns are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
  • All refunds will be processed through digital payments only.
  • SKIN GRID reserves the right to change the policy without any prior notice.
